This is BEACHFRONT PRIVATE POOL VILLA, 4 double bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, belongs to the second phase of Sanctuary Ho Tram resort community was completed in Dec 2019.- Land area: 492m2 – 4 double bedrooms ( included 3 double bedrooms with balcony, and 1 double bedroom which is upgraded from Media room)+ 4 bathrooms.- 1 Living room (1 sofa bed) -Enormous sun deck for entertaining -Peaceful, tropical landscaped gardens -Fully equipped kitchen-Private swimming pool-Covered parking- The standard accommodation is 8 adults + 4 children under 11 years old.- Of five-star, international design and finish and located near The Bluffs Golf Course and Ho Tram Casino, Sanctuary Villas is an ideal second home holiday; the unique qualities of the location, your private villa will ensure your great holiday. You feel like home.- Enjoy total relaxation at our villa, cook up a feast, share, chill by the pool, and unwind ….- Take your food and spices to makings for a BBQ or cooking.- Fresh seafood available from the local market. ( 200m away from the villa)- The resort facilities include an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court and a children’s playground. Housekeeping and full room service menus are available to guests in the privacy of their own homes but will be charged.- Kayak( for free) , but it is subject to availability- Any special needs can probably be catered for with enough notice and bearing in mind this is Vietnam.- If you need a maid who can help you clean, washing dishes, prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner etc,… she will assist with day chores over your stay; help you find things, chop vegetables, wash up, keep clean etc… ( this is extra services and you can give her tips).- Transportation with car 7 seats, 9 seats or 16 seats will be provided upon your request at reasonable cost.
